——2025 Asia Pacific Congress on Public Health had been successfully held in Boao, Hainan

From November 28 to 30, 2025, the 2025 Asia-Pacific Congress on Public Health, hosted by the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, was held in Boao, Hainan. Centered around the theme "Addressing Diverse Challenges to Build a Healthy Asia-Pacific: Equity, Resilience, Innovation," the 2025APCPH invited over a hundred experts, scholars, and professionals from research institutes, medical schools, and clinical healthcare institutions worldwide to exchange and share the latest advancements in public health research. The event attracted more than 750 participants.

Shen Hongbing,Vice Minister of the National Health Commission, Administrator of the National Disease Prevention and Control Administration, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Li Bin, President of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Member of the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the National Peoples Congress, P.R.China; andLi Wenxiu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Hainan Provincial Health Commission, attended the opening ceremony of the conference and delivered keynote speeches and addresses. Saia Ma’u Piukala, Director of the Western Pacific Regional Office of the World Health Organization, delivered a speech via prerecorded video. Yang Feng, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, presided over the opening ceremony.
